Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already been processed for shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider, but you can typically expect to see the refund credited to your account within 7-14 business days after we process your return. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions may require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund hasn't been processed, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to request a trace from your bank or credit card company, which can take additional time to complete.
