About Arianne is a slow-fashion footwear brand conceived and established in Barcelona by founding members Adriana Guirado and Ernest Vidal. Ariadna is in charge of the product design and Ernest is the art director and brand manager. Every pair of shoes are 100% made in Spain, manufacture in Elx, the most traditional place in Spain to make shoes and also developed at the local studio in Poblenou, Barcelona. The label using top natural leathers: together with the artisans, selecting the best materials used since ever in the traditional manufacturing process. About Arianne believes in quality, design and comfort as equal values of their work. The label is always revisiting the classic styles and the mediterranean roots as a starting point. About Arianne is absolutely ethically crafted. The label works together with real and local artisans as a way to keep alive a traditional spanish craftsmanship. By working with local providers they reduce the use of energy and waste of water. Every shoe and packaging generates as little waste as possible. Packaging is completely sustainable: it has no plastic on it, the little paper it uses is recycled. Every new collection is a new step forward towards a vegan approach, and when the brand use animal leather, they do it very consciously.
